How to become a mortgage broker
Individuals with less than two years appropriate
experience will need to successfully complete the Choice
Aggregation induction program in order to become an Accredited
Mortgage Consultant (AMC).
NewCo in association with Choice Aggregation Services, offers
the Choice induction program which incorporates a formal
Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking),
as supplied by a Registered Training Organisation.
Successful completion of this induction program, and successful
completion of the MFAA Standards & Operating Guidelines
(including Compliance Assessment) course, fulfill the minimum
education requirements for AMC status.
How does the commision structure work?
Regardless of whether we go through a Bank
or a Mortgage Broker, NewCo will pay you an 'upfront' as
well as a monthly trailing commission for the life of
the loan.
How do I get started?
A NewCo BDM will visit you and go through
the various models. Once you've decided on which model suits
you and your business best, you'll sign an agreement setting
out exactly how the model will work.
NewCo will support you all the way through
to enable you to offer this debt solution service to your
