The model works in the following manner:

• Qualified lead obtained from client
• Contact details passed directly to your preferred banker or broker
• Banker/Broker liases with client, and does all necessary paperwork
• NewCo keeps you in the loop at each stage of the loan process untill settlement
• On settlement NewCo pays you and provides you with detailed electronic commission statements as part of its normal commission payment cycle

• Minimal or no capital outlay to establish and access the Direct Referral Service
• No training, or accreditation is required to access and use the service
• Formal non-compete clauses are in place with panel lenders preventing them from cross marketing any other financial products to the clients that your firm may introduce
