Model
The referral model is the easiest
and the most time and cost effective. You simply
phone through your client's details to NewCo and
we'll do the rest! Your client, depending on their
circumstances, will be referred to either a Bank
or a Mortgage Broker. NewCo will also keep you informed
on the progress of your client's loan. This model
costs you nothing to set up.

DIY Broker
Model (Aggregation Service)
This model allows you, or a selected
member of staff, to become a mortgage broker. NewCo,
in association with Choice Aggregation Services,
will help you get accredited and set you up with
everything you need from software to marketing. Our
Business Development Manager (BDM) will advise you
on the steps involved.

DIY Broker Model – Leasing
This model allows you, or a selected
staff member to become an accredited lease introducer
with no outlay.
Finance facilities available are Operating Lease,
